Oken bed under garuntee not replaced

We bought a bed at OK firniture Queenstown. The bed broke after numerous complaints trying to get the bed replaced, we resorted to not paying to get the attention. The manager and debt consultant (kendall jurgens) both promised to assist and make a change. Promised calls were not made and then we receive a letter from attorneys, threatening legal action. This while we still have a broken bed and no help from Mr Mfenyana
