Bad attitudes of staff

Hi, I work and live in Camps bay and unfortunately have to use the PNP there everyday, from expired stuff on the selves to bad attitudes of staff, i once stood in front of the manager to complain for 10min with no response i have sent a complaint via the pnp website with no response, today i asked a staff member to warm something for me and she sent me to another, and the other lady did not want to do it at first, she then did and chucked the item at me i complained to the manager on duty about it and had no response. This Camps bay pnp is always a problem like i said from expired/old items to bad attitudes something has to be done, i refuse to be subjected to such horror... completely unhappy customer...
