Be careful: attorneys abusing their power

I appointed credit clear lawyers to clear my judgement from ITC. I had a shoulder operation and medical aid did not pay out and was going through some tough times financially. So my doctor appointed N.Becker attorneys to finalize the debt. I never received any letters from N.Bekker attorneys until one day a Sherrif came knocking on my door wanting to take all my furniture for a R9000 debt. The debt had accumulated legal fees and amounted to around R15000. My husband settled the debt with legal fees on the very same day. Now the attorneys are refusing to give credit clear lawyers a settlement letter and are demanding an amount of R684 for the settlement letter. When I disputed this, they sent me a letter filled with threats and arrogance. Can anyone advise on the body that regulates and monitors the ethics of attorneys. Surely they should never be allowed to abuse the public like this.
