Waithing for edge trimmer for 2 months now

We took a edge trimmer from ok furniture two months ago and what happend the day that it was delivered we used it one time only since it was delived then it broke so we called in the following day to report it that it was broken and one of the consultants told us that they where going to come and pick it up to be fixed or replaced. We waited for a week and then the driver came to our housebut he did not take the broken edge trimmer he said that he did not come for the edge trimmer so we called again in to ask why. A nother week past then we went to the shop to find out why it has not been picked up suddenly the driver came and picked it up.2weeks has already past since the day that it was delived we where promised that they will investigate the problem, what is there to investgate who can use a machine for one day then it brakes. Today i called in and i was told that we need to pay for the broken machine because we where late. The machine was not taken back within the 7day so i told the manager that we did call in and we did report it so he told me that he only heard about the story when my wife called in so i told him that its not our fault that the trimmer was not brought back in time
