Furniture Falling Apart

We waited for 2 months for the delivery of our garden furniture, and once assembled, and treated with the reccomended oil, our furniture is now falling apart. Two of the chairs have broken completely, the others are falling apart. The furniture is leaking a glue like sap. We have made numerous calls, sent E mails and even threatened legal action, as to date we have had no responce from Gideon Gerber.
