What a disheartening service from this lady (though I don't think she fits the definition). My mum who is 62 years was mugged about 2 weeks ago. Her cellphone which was insured with Jet was also taken. So we made a claim at Galleria Jet, unfortunately they did not have the Nokia that she wants. We were advised to go town. This is where we received the most appauling service was rendered by Nomaphela. We briefed her about why we were there. She accused us of not having necessary documents even though I had already told her that everything had been processed. We had to endure her nasty comments and behaviour for about 20 mins. To cut the story short, she completed the claim form then she said we must return after 7 days, I said we've been through this already. She then punch her computer and said it's been approved. She was even more rude and accused us of not explaining everything. I called her Manager, Maria, and told her what had happened, she apologized on behalf of Jet, Nomaphela couldn't be bothered. I demand that she rectify this, my mother and I can't be treated like this on Human Rights Day. It's definitely a violation of her right as a consumer as well as her dignity.
