Goodday I bought a babyliss straightner and curler worth R300 on the 1 feb 2013. Your refund policy says you have 60 dayz and you must have your till slip. Today I went to refund it cause I'm not satisfied with it cause I bought me the same one at a other clicks. Its suppose to get warmer and its suppose to make curls but it doesn't. But rachel and chantall has the worst attitude ever they don't even know how to talk to a customer they rude and rachel who says she's the manager put the phone down in my ear I'm also in retail Edgars and we always satisfy our customers cause there is a new customer policy which I'm aware of. I'm not satisfied with that product an di juat want my money back but no that rude, no manners people didn't want to I'm not gonna leave it here. Sorry
