I am appalled by the service recieved by Customer Care!!

I queried my mother's Jet account with Angel at Edcon about 2weeks ago and to date have I not been given a suitable outcome. Since last year we have been in and out the Blue Route Mall Jet store to find out why the my mother is paying and paying but the balance remain the same. We were then refered to Customer care who was no help at all. On the 11.03.13, however, we spoke to Azimaki that advised us that we may pay the amount of R1231.00 as a settle amount. My mother then paid and later the till operator called CC again to cancel the account officially but then Saadiqah advised we have another crazy amount due. Check the account! My mother NEVER skipped an installment!!! what the is going on?? She always pay more than her monthly installment due!! The CC line also advised something about pre-paid..EXPLAIN!!!

I've heard of people closing their accounts because of the very same reason..paying and paying but the balance always increase instead of decreasing. To think I would always cover for Edcon BUT not anymore!!! You are going to loose my entire family and circle of friends as customers I tell you!
