No policy for incorrect pricing!!!

On January 24 I bought a product at Clicks that scanned incorrectly and didn't display the price I saw on the shelve. I was then charged the higher price to which I refuse to pay it. Doesn't Clicks have a policy regarding this? According to the supervisor on duty, they just refund you the difference in store and that's it!
