RUDENESS OF STAFF

I'm am highly disappointed at the service I got from Fancinah at the self help counter at the pharmacy, She is so RUDE and disrespectful towards customers, The fact that she called me a FOOL and her manager Mabetji took that very light and brushed it off when I complained to her, it makes one question how many more unsatisfied customers Clicks already has.
I have witnesses and I really need this sorted out, you can't have such rude people assist sick people because we don't buy medication for fun. I waited for the manager to assist as I refused to be assisted by the RUDE Francinah, she also didn't care and I ended up walking out after waiting endlessly for the manager to assist. Clicks lost money and a loyal customer. The manager also walks up and down and is not bothered by an unsatisfied customer. I'm highly irritated :-(
