Broken Promises and Completely Disgusting service

On Monday the 18th of March 2013, I was supposed to get my furniture delivered by Ellerings, to my place of living as i have been waiting for the passed 4 months for my furniture to be delivered. They are the delivery services that Furniture City uses for their customers. First they didnt have the stock to deliver to us and now when they do, they cant provide their services. I have been told everyday since Monday that it will be delivered on the day but as usual promises wasnt met. i have called in to the warehouse department everyday in order to speed up the delivery process but my struggles had gone in vein.
I honestly think that Furniture City woodmead needs to change their delivery services as this is completely poor from their side and the warehouses side. I dont suggest Ellerings Distribution Services to anyone.
