Terrible Service, Incorrect Product, Bad Attitude

I recently ordered hair form [URL Removed] Firstly I chose the overnight service, paid extra for it and then only received the item about 6 days later. When the item arived it looked nothing like the item ordered off of the website. The hair was sooo thin, damaged with spil ends and on top of that it melted when I tried to straighten it. I mailed Jenny to ask for an exchange or a refund and she refused. Now im sitting with something that I can not wear and I have wasted all my money. I am very upset and will never order anything online again!! Especially NOT fom Glamor Hair!!
