I just visited Bellville and was so disgusted by the way I was treated. How people get their title as 'Manager" heaven alone knows. I purchased an item in September and it started breaking. When speaking to Candice I felt I was a criminal. I am not sure if she felt she need to prove something to me or if that is just her normal behaviour. I decided to lay a complaint regarding this as well as my dissatisfaction regarding the process of the whole procedure. I was then told by Nikiwe at cstmr serv dept that Wendy Quinpo is the regional manager of this area. When calling the number it turned out to be the Bellville store branch and I spoke to Advan who confirmed that I can speak to Nolleen. She then confirmed that Candice is the manager? And through the whole conversation I asked her to speak to a "regional manager". She eventually confirmed that Truworths does not have 'regional managers'. Pathetic I say? I went back to the cst services dept. they confirmed the correct procedure to follow to lay a complaint... if only this could have been doen right at the beginning there would have been no need to be transferred from a-z. Pathetic.
