Unfare debit

It was 20.08.11 receiving my jet statement, i found there was debit gone on the statement.amount debited was R35, I went to jet enquire about that debit, that they told me that was funeral cover.so i told them i never took any insurance.consultant by name sbongile promised me to solve the problem within a week.
week later i spoke to zama about the outcomer of voice recording massage.nothing was found in week later.
on 30.08.11 i8 also spoke with masibongwe but nothing wa foung, on the 09.11.11 i fone at hoolard call centre and spoke to zama ande within 20 days but nothing was found of record.

According to i took this policy in 2009.09. so what what iwanted from them was a refund.
