Be Very Careful when walking through Fruit and Veg

I had went to Fruit and Veg Rynfield on Sunday the 13.01.2013, while shopping there I had walked over a drainage hole which looked like it had been properly closed but upon walking over it my foot fell into it, on calling the manager on duty I was told that it should have not done that and it would get sorted out, not much interested in what had happened, which I am sure the cover has just been put back on without any much further investigation, on phoning back to tell them the seriousness of this and that someone could be badly hurt it got said to me that they are a franchise and that what ever happens there they cannot be held responsible for, also been told that they are short staffed and that the manager would get back to me, but alias still nothing, this is serious and someone could get very seriously hurt, they need to attend to situations with more interest and getting their store in working order before someone is hurt, I dont think there is much customer services there as I was told that the same incident had happened before and nothing was done
