The prize was a reject

Firstly I want to thank unilever for having a lucky draw at golden sun tongaat-i was the lucky winner of a mountain bike with the full kit- the issue I am having is that it is a faulty mountain bike-the gears don't work properly and the front wheel seems to be buckled- the bicycle still is new and hardly used- I would like unilver to please look into this- I am greateful that I won a prize but its no use winning a prize if you can't make use of it- it was a pepsodent lucky draw-please could I get a replacement so I can enjoy riding- its very difficult to ride a bicycle and there are no gears or worse-the gears slip on its own and when breaking your wheel vibrates
