Bad service from Cyclelab Fourways

On December 14th, 2013 I purchased 3 Scott mountain bikes from Cyclelab, one of which turned out to have problems with the gears and front suspension. After returning from holiday where we were unable to enjoy cycling as a family, the faulty bike was returned on 11th January 2014. On the 16th we received an SMS that the bike was ready for collection, but then we're told to ignore that message as the bike was not ready.
Since the 16th, despite numerous calls, we have not received any further information as to when the bike will be fixed and returned.
It is extremely frustrating to have bought bikes for the family with the expectation that we'll be enjoying family biking activities, but 7 weeks later we have not had the pleasure of riding as a family.
Cyclelab, please get back to us and let us know how you will fix this situation.
