SERVICE AND QUALITY

During the month of July i purchased i bicycle from the above supplier when purchasing the bicycle i spoke to a salesman Victor advising him i that i needed non inexpensive bike but quality as i wanted to just get to work and back which is not even more 15ks from my house he sold my a baruto bike stating that it would suit my purpose that it was inexpensive and of a good quality since buying the bike i have taken it back more than three time for various reason, firstly the gears are not working correctly, brakes shot after a week of riding, spokes keeps on braking have gone back and every time they fix it it breaks last time the fixed the breaks again hour later back brakes were catching and the back wheel woundnt move they store has told i bought inferior quality and now wants to shift blame to me, i have offered to buy another bike pay the difference but they need to re-imburse me for the bike i bought from them, the service and attitude is pathetic with the sales people telling me i bought an inferior bike, they want to offer me r300.00 for a bike i paid 750.00 for, i seem to be left in limbo
