Y Unilever Pepsodent Promotion!

Around september/october 2012 I went into my regular supermarket which is Checkout in Victoria street. I was doing my normal shopping when a young female approached me with an in store promotion, she said that should I purchase the new pepsodent toothpaste I will get to win a prize if lucky, enthusiastic about this I purchased a few pepsodent toothpastes & she gave me a scratch card. I indeed won a "cavity fighter". She however said unfortunately she was out of stock but will arrange to deliver it to me & that I must keep my card safely as proof. I believed this to be true because she seemed professional & took down my contact details. Some time had passed & I was not contacted so I went to the checkout supermarket to enquire. They said that she was indeed a promoter for unilever pepsodent promotion but should have given me my prize on the very same day. I am appalled that a well established company like unilever hires dishonest people & do not do their homework properly before hiring. The freebie did not really matter to me but it was the principal of the matter. I am a senior citizen who feels betrayed by this. I will not be purchasing anymore unilever products in future.
