Poor quality

I purchased a bed from Russell's in Phoenix about 4 or 5 years ago and had no idea that such a reputable company would sell such pathetic quality. I am aware that over time these things happen, but did not expect the bed to look like this in that space of time. The bed has been paid for so I'm sure that not much can be done however I would not advice anyone to purchase Edblo beds due to its inferior quality.
