Poor service from Russels and Bravo Beds!

We have purchased a EDBLO Roma base set from Russells Queensburgh, KZN on 27 January 2011.
24 months after purchase, the bed was almost impossible to sleep on due to substandard quality. We started making inquiries about the bed in September 2013. 5 months, at least 17 telephone calls and numerous store visits later and we still don't have a bed! We have been bounced between Russells and Bravo Beds and no one is willing or has the integrity to accept responsibility for poor manufacturing and quality. We also had to pay an additional R827 for "use of the poor quality bed" in order to get the bed replaced: pd on 1 October 2013. Numerous calls to Michelle Pillay from Russells Queensburgh resulted in empty promises/no call backs were made by these stores. Bravo Beds staff (Rita, Nokia, Christine) were even worse and directed us to and thro'! Winston from Russells in North End Port Elizabeth didn't even try to resolve the query.
Very concerning: we were informed by Michelle Pillay that we can only have half the base set since it is too expensive to deliver the entire bed! Who will receive the other half?
I strongly discourage anyone who is planning to purchase from Russells or Bravo
