We have purchased a EDBLO Roma base set from Russells Queensburgh, on 27 January 2011.
24 months after purchase, the poor quality bed was impossible to sleep on due to substandard quality. We started making inquiries about the bed in Sept 2013. Five months, 17 telephone calls and numerous store visits later and we still don't have a bed!!! We have been bounced between Russells and Bravo Beds - no one is willing/has the integrity to accept responsibility for poor quality. We also had to pay another R827 for "use of the poor quality bed" in order to get the bed replaced - paid on 1 October 2013. Numerous calls to Michelle Pillay from Russells Queensburgh resulted in empty promises/ no callbacks were made by the stores. Bravo Beds staff (Rita, Nokia, Christine) were even worse and directed us Russells with no resolution. Winston from Russells in North End Port Elizabeth didn't even try to assist. More concerning, Michelle Pillay (Russells) confirmed that only HALF of the bed can be delivered since it is too expensive to deliver the entire bed! I strongly discourage purchases from Russells or Bravo Beds as they have no work ethic & complaints are a mere irritation to them.
