Bravo Beds - appaling service in replacing bed

We have purchased a EDBLO/Roma base set from Russells Queensburgh, KZN on 27 January 2011.
24 months after purchase, the poor quality bed was almost impossible to sleep on due to substandard quality. We started making inquiries about the bed in September 2013. Five months, at least 17 telephone calls and numerous store visits later and we still don't have a bed!
We have been bounced between Russells and Bravo Beds: no one is willing or has the integrity to accept responsibility for poor manufacturing and quality. We also had to pay an additional R827 for "use of the poor quality bed" in order to get the bed replaced - paid on 1 October 2013.
Numerous calls to Christine at Bravo Beds resulted in empty promises and no call backs were made by the stores. Bravo Beds staff Rita, Nokia, just passed the buck.! Michelle Pillay also said we can only have half the base set since it is too expensive to deliver the entire bed! Who will receive the other half?
I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing from Russells/Bravo Beds as these stores have no work ethic and you are a mere irritation to the complaints department. I am contacting the office of the Consumer Protection & newspapers.
