Completely ignored!!

I have a Jet account but apparently my account doesn't exist until it's time for payment! I have not been receiving my statements for a few months already, I don't get notified of any of their specials regarding thank you points but when it comes to payment date I make sure my account is paid, and I get charged interest as well as account fees, why am I paying account fees if my account is invisible to whoever is responsible with communication and billing?? I have sent emails with absolutely no response, disgusting customer service!
