Poor Quality of Bauer Pan

I bought a new Bauer Pro MarbleTech Pan about 6 weeks ago. I have probably used the pan about 10 times and the MarbleTech coating is already flaking off. I have followed all the instructions on how to use to the pan so the flaking can only be due to the inferior quality of the product. I don't have the slip anymore so your store wont change it. That does not detract from the fact your pan started flaking after I used a few times and I should get my money back. The only option I have is to re-coat the pan - but in my opinion its not worth the inferior quality of the pan. My mom has had a Bauer pan for 10 years - great quality, but this new range is rubbish and of poor quality - plasticy and too lightweight. For R600 I expected more.

I will not be buying from Verimark again.
