My Fiancee took her engagement ring in for re sizing on Monday 11/03/2013 at Sterns Carnival Mall. The STORE MANAGER (NIKITA) booked the ring in as one ring, Not specifying that it actually consist out of 3 units. Clearly not thinking it would be of importance to specify in detail. On Friday morning my fiancee received a phone call from the store to tell her that the ring is ready for collection. When my fiancee got to the store to collect her ring same day they only received 2/3 of her ring. They STERNS Carnival Mall told her that they have lost the rest of her ring. Till this Moment in time 18/03/2013 i have not received a call from them. We had an engagement party this weekend and had family and friend from far come up and to my fiancee disappointment she had no ring to show to family and friend. Could Sterns or the Store Manager Nikita not have the decent see to come up with a better solution. This Is IN COMPETENCE at a higher Level.
