Disgusting Service

I purchased a ring at Sterns N1 City on the 06 January 2013. I purchased an engagement ring which was too small and was told to bring back and they can have it made bigger. I took it back on Saturday the 12 January 2013 and was told it will be ready on by the Friday the 18th. I called the Friday to confirm and they said they said they usually deliver by 3 and they will give me a call. I went into the store around 4 and they said that no deliveries was done and might be there by 7 before the store closes. The Saturday when I called they said that it didn't arrive and that it will only be available on Tuesday. When I called on Tuesday after 3 they confirmed that it's not available and that they not sure when it will be ready anytime for the latest now FRIDAY!!! I'm so disgusted by the service received from STERNS, after being told it will be ready a week ago and still no ring. And they can't give you direct answers. I made plans, as I believed the ring will be ready the Friday as promised but had to be cancelled due to the pathetic service being received. If I knew this before, I wouldn't have purchased the ring at Sterns. Waiting anxiously till FRIDAY, LETS SEE!
