SHAMEFULL AND SHOCKING SERVICE

After Struggling for almost two weeks with my Bloemfontein branch to get someone to give me a quote and banking details on Dining room chairs that i want i eventually turned to their Head Office...

Spoke to a gentleman that assisted me with online purchasing and advising me that if i purchase online then my delivery will be faster. I immediatly paid the amount on the quote sent through to me and they arranged a delivery date for Today...

This afternoon i get a call from a woman asking me if anyone will be home on friday when they make delivery..After losing my cool when she said there is no way i will get my delivery today she sarcastically asked who made the arrangement with me for Delivery today... So i emailed the person responsible - No Response - No manager was available during the day to speak to... After 10 phonecalls i got through to Solly who made the arrangements... All these people do is they shift the bucket from one person to the next... I have to lick their to actually give them the business... THEY DIDNT STRUGGLE TO GET MY MONEY DID THEY... Promises Promises... Anyone who wants a heart attack should try to work with these people... Its shocking... Still waiting..
