Unhappy is an understatement!!!

I took my Forever engagement ring in to be resized early in December at Sterns Carnival mall, after waiting a week I went in to see how far it was, it was damaged, I accepted it seeing I just got engaged and wanted to wear my ring, I had it two days & the bottom of the ring cracked, when I took it back the "manager" Amanda promised me she will have it fixed, but said it was my fault seeing I accepted it that way.. again I waited more than a week & it was only rhodium plated where the crack was, when I mentioned it she was rude & told me they will send it in again & have the bottom of the band replaced, it was still the same as I had sent it in, I started getting inpatient & told them to credit the ring, but she said she will order me a new ring & have it resized at a different place, after two weeks I get there & u can see where they had resized it, that is where the previous ring had cracked, she then took me to Diamonds & Pearls who do the sizing, they said they will fix it & broaden the band so it wont happen again, its still the same.. she made snotty comments and treated me like I was wrong, head office said they cant help me now, "manager" my!! Sterns is a waste of money!!
