KIC Fridge not working

I bought a KIC fridge not even a month ago, and suddenly it is not working. All my stuff is warm and my ice is melted. When I looked behind the fridge, I noticed that white polystyrene is being pushed through the black lining. I have tried to call the customer service number but get cut off after about 5 seconds.
