Samsung fridge is STILL NOT WORKING!!!

After posting my first complaint, a Technician (and he never gave me a name) came on the 15/03/2013 to fix my fridge. He told me this long story about the ice being collected at the back of the fridge causing it not to cool as my fridge is a no frost machine i didnt understand how come that happened. When he left he said i must switch of the fridge until the next morning and then switch it back on, as a result the fridge is still not cooling. Basically the technician doesnt have the skills to fix my machine. I now demand a new fridge or a refund - in order for me to purchase a fridge else where, as no one is able to help me as of yet.
