Its been three weeks... and nothing. Pathetic!

My mother bought a fridge from game pavilion in durban for my sister who is studying in wits and it was delivered to her res in jhb. It has been three weeks since the fridge is not working, she has tried to call the customer care number but no one is getting back to her. What kind of a service is that? The fridge is fairly new, it was delivered on the 22nd of February. What is she suppose to do with a fridge thats not working, it smells bad now and no one actually cares. This is just the most pathetic service i have ever seen, and definetly will be advising everyone i know not to buy from game. I am so disappointed, and wont be setting my foot there ever. I need the fridge fixed asap or exchanged for a working fridge! What a nightmare!
