4 Months without a fridge

Went on holiday in December, came back in Jan 2013 &our fridge was not working. Everything went off. Reported it to house&home. After 2weeks, the fridge came back&only worked for 1week. Reported it again, they came out and wrote the fridge off, because it was irreparable. We went back&forth between Samsung & h&h. After 3months, they contacted us, offering us a fridge which was not of good Quality, I insisted on a similar or better fridge then the 1 we have. We lost our groceries x2, spent huge amounts of airtime &nobody is taking responsibility. Its now more then 4months that we're without a fridge. Management & staff shows no sympathy&has a very stinky attitude. With a manager telling you that he does not have any authority to do anything about it. We bought our fridge cash. I'm so disappointed! They refuse to provide us with a loan fridge and we're stuck here with a fridge that's not working. What happened to customer service. This is the worst experience ever! Nobody ever came forward as to how they can assist or give any compensation. Their service is a disgrace. Even threatened to report them to Hello Peter, but they didn't seem to care at all.
