Sick of Run Around

A couple of weeks ago my handbag was in a smash and grab, I contacted Game and asked them to stop my card. I then went into game greenstone a week ago with a orginial certified copy of my id and asked for a replacement of my card, was told that they needed to see my orginal id, i told them once again that my id book, drivers license everything had been with my bag. They then phoned the head office and i was then told that I had to have an affidavid from the police. I then took the time to go and get an affidavid from the police, went back to greenstone this morning and am now told that is not good enough. What amazes me is that the banks will replace you cards with those two documents and yet am having endless trouble with you people. A person goes through so much truma when you have a smash and grab and then you have to go through this as well, if game does not trust documents signed by our own police force then i am afraid we do not stand much of a chance in this country.
I wonder how game would react if i told them i could not pay my account because banks would not replace my cards!!!
