Going in the store to purchase the new Fighter plane and noticed the Top Gear Mag I get every month, picked up both items and went to the counter to pay, as the items were getting rung up, I was told by my friend that he thought I had the Top Gear mag, I then gave the money and as he and I were discussing the matter I came to realise I had purchased it, my mistake I said and my change was given to me, as I told the cashier I have it she smiled at me and called to the back for a manager to exchange it for me, as the manager came out the back, looking all upset that she was called to the front, spoke to the cashier in her language witch I had no problem with, looked over and said, we don't do exchanges, I said to her but I did not do anything to the product and had just purchased it 30 seconds ago, I was told that it did not matter in the most sarcastic manner I have ever heard, I then asked for a number to call of a area manager or someone who I can speak to about this, I was told there is no such number and that she was in charge here, I then asked for a complaints form and was told there is none here, I then asked for a number where I could complain, and was given a non existing number.to be co
