Jet Mart Malelane the Worst service EVER

Yesterday I found a top marked down and the tag was for R25.00 The cashier and supervisor refused that I purchase the top because they can't find the code they threw it down and said I must listen to them because they don't have a code. I asked that they call a manager they just ignored me, then I asked politely for a customer care number they refused, after the 3rd time asking for a number they called the manager who rudely charged the item and told the cashier to give it to me Today the 27th I took my toddler with me to the changing room where a staff member saw me entering I noticed she had a key around her neck but did not think much of it. As I exit the change rooms I realised we were locked inside I called out a few times through the locked gate, no one heard me then called out so loud that a customer asked if we were okay I asked if he could call a employee as the woman working there locked me in and disappeared. She eventually came back, I was furious and asked her why she did that her reply was "well im here now" i am so disgusted that i had to act like that infront of my son Every visit to that shop is the same they are rude they insult you. enough is enough!
