I purchased sunglasses from the sportman warehouse arbour crossing. I noticed there was a mark on the glass lens after I purchased them. I returned to the shop on 8th January to attempt to have the sunglasses replaced with exactly the same pair or have them fixed. I approached the cashier and explained the situation and I was advised to see if I could find an alternative pair. I advised the cashier that I did not want a different pair of glasses. The cashier called another person who I assumed was the manager. A black lady, whom I assumed was the manager looked at the computer and just suggested the same thing as the cashier. I then went to look for something else. As this was a gift, I did not know the brand name, price of the item and no one came to assist me. I went back to the counter and I asked for the same manager again. On her return I was advised that she was not a manager but that she was the only person in that sunglasses department. I asked who was the manager. They gave me a guys name, which I think was Neil. I was so upset that the staff did not concern themselves with my query or take it seriously. I then asked for my things back and walked out.
