I purchased a number of items from the store on Saturday, Tuesday Morning I went back to the store to return the clothes because I was not satisfied with what I had purchased. The lady at the till called somebody else, who seemed very tired and irritated, who told me they can only do a gift card refund. I told her that I do not want a gift card I would like my money back. She called the manager who told me the same story. She then called another manager who told me the same story. she proceeded to show me a notice that states this policy of theirs which was hidden behind a poster that they had put on the counter. all 3 people who were called to speak to me told me that ALL retail stores give you a gift card when refunding for sales items. I asked them why their cashier did not tell me that I cant get a cash refund, i asked for the head officenumber so I can get this matter sorted out and they gave me a number for their office in Durban where I either had the phoned call dropped or was transferred to lines that were not being picked up. I eventually spoke to an auditor who took my details down emailed and smsed the regional manager to get back to me which i have heard nothing fro
