Foschini
Settlement Lette

I am extremely unhappy with Foschini, I have been requesting a settlement letter since last week friday and till today it has not been received. And when I called again on the 12th and spoke to Tanya she advised that no request was on the system and she dout that she can have the request done on the day since it was statement date it might only start goig through on the 13th however she confirmed that the letter has been requested by herself. Exactly how long these letters takes and are continue being charged interest on the accounts while Foschini is taking its own sweet time.. I am happy that i am in the process of paying off this account and i will make sure that it is closed as they have no sense of urgency
