BROWNS DIAMOND STORE - POOR QUALITY GOLD

I bought my wifes engagement ring from browns. It is made in white gold. The ring tarnishes within a month and each time the store redoes it - it just tarnishes again within the month. My wife has a number of white gold jewellery items from other stores and this does not happen. It appears this is a common complaint on Hellopeter as well.

I also asked for a quote to convert it to platinum and they are utter ripoffs! They use the gold price from the day I bought it instead of its current value and price the replacing platinum at todays price. Also beware the 35% is completely ignored after they have sold you inferior goods.
