I have problem of not understanding how foschini run the business, i had an account with foschini store, and i went to old old mutual for debts consolidation loan and it was approved, so they need all the settlement letters from all the stores that i need to pay off, and foschini was one of them, they submitted the letter to old mutual with the balance that i was suppose to pay and it was paid off, suddenly i received a post statement saying that i owe foschini hundred and something which i didn't understand what was that money for because i have paid all the balance that they themselves give it to old mutual and myself so now they keep on sending me letters and the amount is going up each and every month in this case i don't know how is reliable to pay this amount, because according to my me i have paid all the mount that was requested please help me to solve this problem hose fault is that.
