CNA STAFF RUDE AND INCOMPETENT

I went to Riversquare Mall on Saturday 9 March 2013 to buy a cellphone. I chose to buy it at CNA because it was on special the Blackberry, when i arrived at CNA to buy the phone the cashier at the cellphone section told me that the card machine is not working i will have to pay cash. I said no problem i will go and draw the money. I withdrew the cash and went back. Suddenly they can sell me the phone because they are offline and she cannot sell me a phone anymore i cant even buy it and come back to Rica the cellphone. She and three other collugues also had a huge argument in front of me. When i wanted the manager the one said she is the manager but showed no badge to verify it. I told them i am going to lodge an complained and they just laughed at me. I left angry and upset and decided to go and buy a phone elsewhere even where it is not on special as long as i get friendly and helpfull service. I will never buy from CNA Riversquare again.
