I went to Southgate Branch on Friday the 8th March just after 4pm. I asked 1 of the ladies on the floor of where I could find the item I was looking for - was directed and having not found it there I then asked another lady who showed me a different aisle. thank I found the item and went to the tills, as if that was not enough - stood in the Q and a lady shouted NEXT I looked back and only to find that she was referring to me. went to her for assistance guess what, NO GREETING, there was an override request and the Supervisor came with the same attitude.whilst waiting for the receipt I asked Mary if this is how they work & and handle their clients - she responded by saying "It is too busy here and I still have stock to unpack" she continued and called another client whilst I was still clearing my stuff of the shelf. It is not my problem if there's stock to be unpacked or not, I AM A CLIENT AND DESERVE TO BE TREATED AS SUCH. IT DOES NOT MATTER HOW MUCH I SPEND.I EXPECT THE SAME FRIENDLY TREATMENT/SERVICE FROM CLEARWATER/WESTGATE TO SOUTHGATE. EDUCATE YOUR STAFF TO SERVICE WITH A SMILE AND RESPECT... CUSTOMERS ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN ANY BOX WAITING TO BE UNPACKED
