Poor Customer Service

I went to Spar Silver Lakes on 10.3.2013 to buy food I needed for breakfast quickly. As I was approaching the till, a lady called Boikhutso, saw me coming towards her till and sloppily stepped out of its cubicle space to go inside the store facing the shelves area. As I stood there in amazement I went to the counter in front, which sells cigarettes, three ladies standing and chatting looked at me and told me I had to go back to a singular till the one next to the abandoned till, to get pay for my groceries. This is disgreceful customer service at its worst. People like these should not be working at the forefront with customers as they dent the image of the shop, due to their arrogant attitude. Silver Lakes and Equestria are the best new generation excellent customer servie focused areas in Pretoria East, these ladies do not belong there. Please let them rather pack food stuff on the shelves.
