Service at Midstream Spar terrible

The service that you receive at the Spar in Midstream is really bad.

It is very difficult to get food from behind the food counter. The ladies working here are very slow and clearly don't want to serve customers.

But the absolute worst experiece is to go to this Spar at 7:50pm. Only 1 till is left open and the queues are astronomical. When I approached a manager about opening more tills he just looked at me blankly.

All the cashiers were sitting at the door waiting to leave. They should be behind the tills not twiddling their thumbs staring blankly at the queuing customers.

This reflects very poorly on Spar.

At the Woolworths just down the road this doesn't happen. They have proper procedures in place to prevent this type of thing.

It would be great if Spar as a group could set up certain minimum standards so that certain Spars like this one don't hurt the repuation of the group.

I know this Spar does very well in terms of revenue but this is simply a factor of there not being another convenience store in the estate - if there was people would go there rather.
