The store you CAN rely on

After 2 Defy gas stove/ovens both proving wholly inaccurate (54? C below what the oven temperature should be) and frustrated as all, Kobus of Anker Meubelhuis - where I bought the unit - offered to try and sell the stove for me in his shop.

On sound advice from Sarel the supplier, I have since bought a Eurogas combo (unlike in Europe where gas is piped in, SA's LPG output is very low) and it works well.

Hats off to Anker for making their customer smile again.
