Bad attitude from a staff membe

I went into Spar at Cradock for groceries and had a parcel that I needed to put away. I got to the parcel counter and all parcel cages were locked. I asked a lady nearby, who is a till packer, for assistance. This lady just took one glance at me and then looked away without responding to me. I went into the store with my parcel. I got to the till to pay, I then asked the lady that was packing my groceries for the procedure at the parcel counter and I told her what happened and showed her the one that did not help me. The lady that did not help came to me and started shouting that she was busy packing and could not have left what she was doing to attend to me. I asked her if couldn't she have called or showed me someone else to help me. She told me that she is not the only person in the store and that I could have looked for the security myself, there are a lot of those in the store. I asked for this rude lady`s name and I was told that it is ZANDI. I would like to know whether is this the way customers are treated at Spar-Cradock or is this the way Zandi always treat customers. Was she ever trained on customer service? I`m very much disappointed by the attitude she has.
