No Dstv Mobile signal in coverage areas

It's almost a year ago since I bought the Drifta, been using it ever since to watch Dstv Mobile on my Nokia Lumia 920. About 11 months ago there was a small breakdown with Dstv Mobile in Pretoria, but that was quickly fixed after my last complaint.

Since Sunday, it happened again but only in Silver Lakes area in Pretoria where I live and I've always used it here the most. My Drifta's signal light stays orange, I've done all the steps like reset it, went outside with it's aerial out but still no signal. But when I went to my friends in Equestria that's next to Silver Lakes, the signal strength was 100%. Not to be rude but this is unacceptable to pay for something that does not work. Please fix this problem.
