ON THE 01/03/2013 MY WIFE MELINDA MASILELA BOUGHT A STOVE @ OK FURNITURE MIDRAND BRANCH, THE SALES CONSULTANT WHO HELPED US WITH THE SALE MR MTHOKOZIZI MTHABELA NEVER TOLD US ABOUT THE SEVEN DAYS POLICY REGARDING THEIR ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES.FIVE DAYS AFTER THEY DELIVERED THE STOVE ONE OF THE PLATES STOPPED WORKING AND WHEN I CALLED TO INFORM THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEM I WAS TOLD THAT THEY DONT REPLACE BUT THEY WILL HAVE TO SENT THROUGH A TECHNICIAN FROM DEFY TO FIX THE PLATE.WE FEEL THAT WE ARE BEING CHEATED BY THE WHOLE SEVEN DAYS POLICY BECAUSE WE WERE NEVER TOLD ABOUT IT IN THE FIRST PLACE WHEN WERE BUYING THE STOVE, EVEN ON THE RECEIPT WE HAVE THERE'S NO MENTION OF IT.YOUR HELP WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED, FEEL FREE TO CALL US ANYTIME OF THE DAY ON 0823593012 OR 0798596998.
