Poor delivery service

I bought a 4 plate Defy stove on the 21rd December 2012 cash at Ok Furnitures, Dutywa. The sales lady by the name of Funeka said the stove will be available on the 22rd or 24th Dec. I was waiting for the call since that day & no one called. She called on the 11th January & said the stove is not available they are waiting for Defy to deliver. There was no response since then. I called them on the 23rd January & they said the stove is not availabe they don't know when the stove will be available or I must call Defy.
